Complaint order #*** successfully resolved

After an order online and only checking reviews afterwards, phoning continously AND sending panic mails to cancel the order to everyone they finally rep**** and refunded my money within 24 hours. Even being emotional at times they handled my complaint and concerns professionally and curtiously and I realised that it is just another result of the tmes we are living in.
