Buyer be warned: Book a book

In trying to help a student who didn't have access to textbooks on the 14th April I ordered textbooks from 3 different companies, The first two companies delivered the books with 5 and 10 days respectively. Book a book delivery date was the 27th May, 42 days after ordering and they only delivered one of the two books I ordered, when I queried the whereabouts of the missing book via e-mail, as their website has no contact telephone numbers, all I have received is an automated response with a reference number, I have queried if I am going to receive the outstanding book or a refund but to date am still waiting for a response. Would I recommend doing business with this company at this point my response would have to be a solid, NO.
