Books not received for more than a month till current

Ordered a book more than a month ago. Have not received till today. I called was promised to receive in 48 hours to now more than 48 hours later nothing. The manager Sanele Khumalo I am supposed to escalate does pick calls or return them. The business number is not always attended too and no options to leave a message or request call back. Emails are also not attended as there are no responses done. I am stuck with no money or books.
