Bookabook total FAIL!!

I have ordered a book from Bookabook on 13 January 2024, paid on the same day with EFT. From thereon it was just email on email with empty promises. February they said I should cancel my order, sent my banking details and they will do a refund. Did all that, nothing happened, then they said I should ask my bank to reverse the transaction. Now they just ignore all my emails. PLEASE don’t buy from this ****mers.😡
