Bookabook service and delivery is very bad,stay clear

I'd strongly advise against making any purchases from this bogus company. Everything they say on their website is not correct. I paid for a book months ago and these people simply are unable to deliver. I asked for a refund weeks ago and am informed it will be done in 7 days...7 days ,more than twice,has come and gone and still no refund nor book. Advise ,stay clear of them.
