BookaBook NO GO!!!!

I can't believe I didn't first research this company, but desperately needed a textbook for my son, paid and ordered on 12 July 2022, the receptionist sounds like she has no idea what she's doing, keep telling me end of the week!!!! How do we stop this company from operating and *****ing people's money???? Sanele the manager has still not phoned me back!!! Pathetic service! ******** acutally!
