Bookabook is just a ****

I really regret renting a textbook from this website, I rented a book on the 20th August 2019 and made payment, and waited for delivery to this day I haven't received anything. I sent an email to ask for feedback no reply at all, it's like this company doesn't even exist, the phone line is always busy. You check the status of your order on their website it says my order has been processed like I'm going to report them to all major institutions as I lost R700 and missed my assignment deadlines. I wish I could have just bought a textbook from takealot instead of throwing away my money like this.
