Bookabook is *****ing your money!

We ordered and paid 2x Pharos Tweetalige woordeboeke and 3x Beknopte verklarende woordeboeke (R934-) from BookaBook online on 9 November 2023. They kept contact with us saying they have stock(12 Nov) and it's being packed(27 Nov). After more enquiries (and me asking them if they ****med us) they responded with - They are waiting for stock from the supplier(21 Jan 2024) and we can ask for a refund. On 29 Jan 2024 we asked for the refund and they kept promising it's being processed. We still have not received any refund to date.
