Bookabook - Is a ****

STAY AWAY. I am still awaiting my refund as I decided to use a reputable bookstore to purchase my book. I keep following up and Khethiwe never bothers to return my calls. My order was pending for over a week - after I had sent the PoP and I was informed that they are waiting for the supplier to have the stock available. Order was cancelled 20th September, and I was told it takes 48 hours for the refund to reflect. A week later I am still following up and there's no indication as to when my refund will be processed.
