Bookabook horrible service

Order was placed an paid for WEEKS ago. Spoke to Ketiwe a number of times,she has always promised to call back regarding my order...with NO RESPONSE from her. She promised to call me on Tuesday after she would get information frommher supplier...no communication from her. I called again this morning,held on for almost 5minutes while she searched for information she struggled to find. I had to hang up as I have been using my cell to make all the calls. I was called back surprisingly by Ketiwe,and to make me feel better,Im told that it is not just my order that is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND...i don't feel better at all!!!!!!! Bookabook is NOT a reliable place to buy school books because of the service received or at least,lack thereof. PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER and it will be the last time i order from Bookabook.
