BOOKABOOK HELP!

There should be no rating for this company, that is what they deserve a big fat ZERO. I placed my order online on 01 March 2019, received a SMS on 05 March 2018 stating delivery in 3 days, to date nothing has arrived. After several calls on both numbers ********** & ********** which just rings, endless amounts of emails to ********** and messages on messenger I have not heard from them. this leads me to the conclusion that they are a ****!!!
