Bookabook DISAPPOINTS yet again

Placed AND PAID for an order in November 2022. To date I have not received my order.NO REPLIES or communication from them regarding my order or delivery. We are sent from pillar to post when we call to query the delivery. Always told either that the supplier has not delivered my books OR that the order will be shipped 'TOMORROW'. DO NOT ORDER BOOKS FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am now sending them my bankong details to demand my refund. While my child goes back tl school TOMORROW...being the first to have ordered his books and the only one going to school with an empty bag.!!!!!!! Thanks alot for the embarrassment BOOKABOOK. I pray you're happy with the service you HAVE NOT delivered.
