BOOKABOOK ARE ******** ON ORDERS MADE

This company has been very acting as a ****. In April 2021 I had placed a text book for my university child, payment process was successful and, was awaiting courier for delivery. Nothing was delivered until in June 2021 I took their email to cancel the order that's when they responded that they were awaiting supplier for the order, however I continued to cancel the order and I needed my refund, when they asked for account information which was sent, till to this date they have not made refund and no correspondence in that regards, I am very disappointed and realized that they are ********.
