Bookabook are ********!

I am extremely disappointed with this book supplier. Completely unprofessional. I placed an order for a book on 10th June. It is now 10 August and I have not received my order. I have requested a refund via email, but there was no response. I eventually managed to contact them; they promised me a refund requesting my bank details. To date, I have not received my refund. Completely *******. How is this company allowed to still function when they are basically *****ing students’ hard-earned money and ******** students?? They don't even deserve one star.
