This is the worst online book store ever. I ordered books for school for my kids, grade 5 & 7, on 10 January. My children were writing assessments now in February as we started the school curriculum early in the year, and still haven’t received their textbooks. I got excuses upon excuses including backlog from Covid. Covid started almost a year ago, it’s time to stop blaming COVID, if you can’t cope then stop selling. Stop making excuses for incompetence! It is now 22 February and I still haven’t got my refund!
