Book not delivered and no response to emails

Having a very bad experience with this company. Ordered 1 book on 19 December that needs to be imported, but was assured as it states on the site"The book is imported from UK and usually delivered to you in 15 to 20 working days". This period has passed and I am still waiting. What is worse is that the do not respond to emails so I have no idea what happened to my order. My son has started school and does not have his book. Book a book, please do not over promise and under deliver. You really need to improve your service. I would not recommend using this company.
