BOOK A BOOK - WILL ***** YOUR MONEY

I am currently studying with Unisa and found a book site (Book a Book) that is online based and allows you to rent a book for either 60 days, Semester or buy the book. This seemed like a good option to me and decided to go with a 60 day rental agreement. Which costed R820.00 and of which when the book is returned you would get R590.00, I paid on the 05 Feb 2018 and receipt my proof of payment, about a week later I get a call from Student Deals requesting a proof of payment, confused because I never deal with Student deals I did not want to do this. it was established that BOOK A BOOK placed the order and mistakenly put my name and that Student deals will sort it out with them directly. Few days later and still no response or book I placed an inquiry on the website and guess what NO response. On the 22 Feb 2018 I sent a Facebook message and the page responded to say it was shipped 13 days ago, I than mentioned the Student deal call and the page informed me that Student deals was not meant to contact me. On the 23 Feb I followed up , I was advised that the book was being shipped on 23 Feb, Monday the 26 Feb no book so i followed up again and no response. Tuesday I followed up again and demanded my money back as i was sick and tired of this now. The page responds to say that Student deals does not want to give my money back and it will be a month more for the text book, I really was ****ed at this point and a man called me from BOOK A BOOK saying they secured a book and will be dispatching the same day. I called the man again the next day on ********** and said I want the waybill number and transport company details. Which he said he will give to me and has since not taken my calls. The page has stopped responding to my facebook message as well.
