Placed an order for a book 01/04/2022 No response to calls or e-mails as at 04/05/2022. Business is owned by MATIMBA ERROL C. according to b2bhint.com (business register). Although in existence since 2016 and as such comes across as legit, based on the mails and calls - it has to be a **** site now. According to Twitter, Sanele R Khumalo works there. Business address: BOOKABOOK South African company. Was founded on November 14, 2016 with Company Reg. No. K*** based on 136, 2ND STREET, MIDRAND, GAUTENG, 1686. All the information given above is available to all online i.e. POPIA does not apply

16 May 2022, 12:32They have finally called me back from ***. They offered to refund the book (6 weeks later). I suppose better late than never applies. Ended up ordering the book through a different vendor after 3 weeks anyway - was required for University.
