BOOK A BOOK SHOULD BE BOOKED FOR *****!

This company does not even deserve 1 star, but you have to choose a level. I ordered a book on 7th April, was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days, still waiting for it! They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. I needed this book urgently, and now they have caused an even longer delay because i will have to order it and pay for it AGAIN somewhere else. And i will be another week behind in my studies.
