Book-a-book **** Shame

This company is a ****. I ordered books in December and am still waiting. They do not answer calls nor do they respond to emails. Their website is now non-existent. I have requested a refund but no response, they sent a generic email saying they will refund everyone who sent banking details, I would trust to send such important and confidential information to them as they are clearyl ****mers. I guess we just need to cut our losses and move on.
