Book a book seems to be a ****.ordered book on 29 Nov and no delivery yet , spoke to Sam the manager as well as Kate , they never phone back

22 Dec 2021, 13:02I spoke to Sam from Book a book regards my order that I placed on 29 Nov 2021.I was told that my book was out of stock and was on back order , I requested a refund which he processed whilst I was on the phone to him and 2 days later the money was in my account.
I asked him if Book a Book was a legit business , he said it was and is owned by a Daniel Van der Merwe and Kadimba Chauke , so I am of the opinion that Book a Book is a very disorganized business that's keeps on taking orders without checking their stocks. I also think that they don't have the infrastructure to deal with the hundreds of customer queries or even respond to hellopeter reviews, so if you waiting for your order or want a refund I would suggest speaking to Sam on ***.
