Book a book - ****med

I wish I had come here first. I literally spent my last R1000 on my daughter's textbooks and haven't had any feedback, they don't respond to emails and the number provided takes me to another company called Afrik Sand...I don't know what to do as I don't have money to repurchase these books elsewhere. I am devastated. I have contacted fnb ***** and will be going to open a case with the police department today.
