Book a book ... **** and poor service

I ordered a book on the 14th of June till to date no delivery Amos et al by Juta which l needed for my assignements. They only responded about delivery after the unrest which has been over and still no respone on emails and contact number which rings of the hook. Wonder how do we get to report them and or raise awareness as we loosing money. Some of us are students and money is hard earned to facilitate our learning.
