Book a book ****

Good morning Please help me, I've ordered my son's text books online from Book a Book on the 7th of January until today i didn't get my books, the company's contact number doesn't work, there's no communication from their side, no update on the process of my order, when I check on the first email that the send to me on the 7th it says "your order is being prepared" until today. Please help me to check if ever that was not a ****. I don't know if I should go to the book shop and buy another books or what😔😔 My son started classes already without his books. I just wanna find out if I was ****med so that I can go and buy this books at book shops
