Book a Book ****???

I ordered two dairies from Book a Book in October last year, paid and received a confirmation email. Since then, I have struggled to get hold of them, via email and telephonically. However, to my surprise two dairies was delivered yesterday, although it wasn’t the exact dairies I have chosen, they at least delivered two diaries for 2023 which I paid for. I still think this website is a ****. I think I just got lucky.
