BOOK A BOOK - POOR SERVICE

Hi. I bought and paid for books on the 22nd November 2021 for my child's 2022 school year. I ordered early to avoid the rush. After many emails and many phone calls, I received the books and one of the books is the wrong book. I tried getting them to resent the correct book with no luck. If i could give a minus star i would do that too. PLease dont support book a book. Poorest service i ever received.
