Book a book - pathetic service - ******* alert

I ordered and paid for a book on 17 Oct 2022. The proof of payment was sent to Book a Book. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, as I have still not received the book. I even insisted that they talk to a manager to call me and compensate me for the bad service (like paying the delivery fee on my behalf). Well, today it is exactly a month since I placed my order and still have not received it. No phone call from manager either. I will never order from them again. I am starting to think that they are ********.
