Book a book not to be trusted

I orderded handbooks for my daughter in November when I follwed up on my order I realized the these people could not be reached by phone, they only communicated via email and I got suspicious. I read the reviews here on Hello Peter and reported them to my bank as a ***** case. I notified them that I have reported them and will be opening a case with the police if they don't refund my money. I was very lucky they refunded my money.
