BOOK A BOOK | Not reliable, disgusting customer service and LIES of delivery!

I had placed my order and paid for my daughters school text books on 30 December 2023 and have yet t receive the books!

How frustrating it is dealing with book a book. I called multiple times and each time they tell me it will be dispatched that week. NOTHING has been dispatched. Today i try calling the number again, and now the number is not recognised!

Please could you advise whether the books will be delivered this week?

School starts next week and my daughter requires these books. When placing my order the delivery stated 7 working days and therefore i continued the purchase.

This service has proven to be quite dismal especially when we rely on school books to be delivered.

I need an answer today! And if , like below you are offering me a refund, when will this refund be done. If not immediately I do not want the refund.

If you guarantee an immediate refund, I will have you process this because then I can buy the books today, elsewhere

Hi there,

i have sent emails with no feedback or response.

i had called earlier, the call was dropped and I attempted to call back 5 times to no avail besides a one Beep after being told by the automated response that i should hold.

As per my order below, it was placed on 30 December 2023, and it states that it will be shipped 4-7days, it has been 20 days and i have not received my daughters books nor a response from anyone. i would like feedback on this urgently as school has started and she needs her text books.
