BOOK A BOOK NOT RECEIVED

I ordered an expensive varsity text book 2 weeks ago & still haven't received it. Their customer service 'hotline' doesn't ever get answered & I've had one email saying they're waiting to receive the book from the publisher. Why on earth would you advertise that you have a book 'in stock' if you still have to get it from the publisher?? I've now asked for a refund...let's wait & see. I don't trust any website that has such non existence communication. They should not be allowed to operate like this!!
