Book-a-book non-existent service

I placed an order with the company on 9 May 2020, as per their site it takes approximately 9 days in total to deliver the book, this would have taken me until the latest 18 May 2020 if they are not referring to workdays, even if we were to use working days it would take me to 21 May 2020. The order shows dispatched but no further correspondence has been received. No answered calls or answered emails enquiries related to the order. The online messaging system claims they reply within 4 hours well that is untrue no response either. The Facebook messenger "bot" I assume only asks how to assist but when you ask a question there is noe reponse. Do not purchase anything from them as the service is abysmal and you cannot het hold of anyone.
