Book a Book - No delivery, No communication, No Service - Do not use!

Ordered book 9 January 2023 and order has still not been received 31 January 2023. I don't get communication back from them regarding the lead-time and when I will receive my order. There are just 2 email addresses and one phone number. The phone number goes to a recorded voice and then dead. ***, *** *** There is no option of cancelling the order on the website. Either a **** or horrible service. Do not use them!
