Book a Book no books no refund!

Myself and my husband ordered textbooks for our daughter at bookabook on the 2nd of January. We have received no communication as to when the books will be delivered. I have tried calling, emailing and sending messages but never get any response. I have also canceled the order and requested a refund but have not had any feedback.

Our daughter had to start her new school year without books.. It's just disgraceful.

Please refund.
