book a Book misleading people

On the 26 February 2019 I sent an email to Book a Book, the company I had borrowed a book from. I sent it for them to come and collect their book before the 60 days lapse, and also for me to get my deposit back. Unfortunately no one responded, I sent another email on the 10 March 2019, again, they did not care to respond. My worry is that the 60 days the loan was for is going to lapse in a week's time and I will forfeit my money.
