Book a book is the worst

Worst service award goes to book a book. After ordering books for more than a month, I still haven’t received them. Made numerous calls and they promised a refund, 2 weeks later I haven’t received a refund and iam writing an exam in a week. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them, they don’t seem to know what they are doing.
