BOOK A BOOK IS THE WORST!!!!

The worst service ever, I ordered from them on the 15th of Dec, To date I have not received my sons book, I've been calling since last week and I get promised delivery the following day from each time I have called, Its now 6 days later and nothing.

I want my Refund, I ordered my sons book early so that I would avoid January stress but here I am experiencing exactly what I wanted to avoid
