Book a Book - Is not a business, they are ****mers

If I could give Book a Book 0 rating I would, I am feeling disappointed and frustrated (to say the least, yes I have cried/yelled and swore, unfortunately, that didn't get me far) that you get individuals that **** others out of their hard-earned money. I purchased a textbook for varsity on the 1st of August 2023, after several attempts to get an ETA on the textbook I requested a refund, to which I received an email on the 11th of August 2023, to expect a refund within 48 hours. I requested a POP and obviously would have received a payment by now, however, no payment was made, again no surprise, this company has ****med me out of R1403.00, I will continue to request for my refund. In the interim, I would like to make other innocent individuals aware of this company on every single platform (digitally), including sharing their banking details with the banks to block this so-called company/**** in the hope to protect others.

If anyone could aid/help me, and protect others from individuals like this, it would be appreciated.
