Book a Book is a **** ,don't go there

Is this an actual entity or is it a ****? I ordered a book in April 20th and I have still not received it. The confirmation of sale stated delivery would be within 2 weeks. I have sent follow up emails, the number on the site does not get answered. I would like my money back, this company needs to be reported for false promises. Past week the managed to at least pick up and I want told to email my banking details ,since then no telephonical response and for the emails they never responded to a single one
