BOOK A BOOK IS A **** DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOK A BOOK THEY ARE A ****!!! I have placed an order and paid for it. I even received an invoice via e-mail with an order number to track. But never received my book! When I phoned them, they told me that they are out of stock and that I must send my banking details for a refund. But that was just a lie because I didn't received my money back. When I phoned back after a week, nobody answered! So please don't order from them because they ***** your money. If only I have read the reviews before I have placed my order, I would have known that other customers experienced the same problem.
