Book a Book is a ****

I purchased a textbook from Book a Book on the 28th March 2019, payment was made on the same day but to date (29 April 2019) I have not received it. There has been numerous attempts to contact them but their phone line constantly rings with no answer and they have not responded to any of the emails I have sent. I am appalled at their service and I am evening doubting the existence of this company. It all seems like a big ****. I have an assignment due this month and still no sign of the book. I am extremely dissapointed, they do not deliver on their promises.
