Book a Book is a ********** ****

These people must be ****. I ordered a Calculus book that I urgently needed for my child's June exams. Before I ordered the book I called and the lady advised that the book would be delivered within 11 - 15 working days or you will I will be refunded.

I order the book on the 25th of April and today, not a word. I have called several times and one would be lucky to get through to anyone past the automated machine. When I eventually did, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting and will call back. That was 17 May and to date, I am still waiting for that call. Further attempts have yielded no answer.

I sent an e-mail and got an automated response. I then sent my banking details and never received a response.

Does anyone actually know where they are physically situated?
