Book a book is a big ****

I ordered children's textbooks from book a book on the 11th of January 2022.I waited for a long time to get my order from them, I emailed and called them but received no communication from them. I had to make other alternatives of getting the textbooks from somewhere else. I kindly emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money as I had gotten better service from somewhere else. To my surprise I got an email from them that my order will be shipped in the next 48 hours after requesting for the cancelation. The books were delivered on the 3rd of February with some of the books missing from the order. It is now March the 15th,have not had any communication from book a book about the missing books. I would advise people not to buy from this online store because they do not care about their customers, they are happy to ***** from people without any remorse.
