Avoid purchasing books from this site; it's a ****! I ordered books on January 8th, and as of now, I still haven't received them. When I called to inquire about a refund, they completely ignored my request. The person who answered the phone remained silent when I asked about my refund, despite hearing phone notifications on her end. This situation is unacceptable, and action needs to be taken against them!
