Book a book - horrible service which cost me a lot of money!!

I bought a university book on 28 March 2022. After waiting for about a week for the delivery, I called them - no answer. I mailed them, no response. I looked on Hello Peter and realized I have been ****med. I needed the book urgently and bought one from another shop. After all this time, the book got delivered on 8 June 2022. Really? Now I have two books because of horrible horrible service...
