Book a book… DON’T TRUST THIS BUSINESS

I ordered a book they advertised on special on 21 February 2023. Sent emails to find out what was happening with my order. Finally in June I got a reply that the book was out of print and that I was to give my banking details for a refund. No refund has been processed as yet despite further emails about refund. Shocking business practice for an online outlet. Totally unprofessional and clearly not to be trusted to supply books as ordered … when it’s too good to be true it’s invariable is ….. imagine how much money they are making by not refunding customers. … stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!
