BOOK-A-BOOK ****?

I have ordered a book on 16 November 2023. We still haven’t received this book despite countless e-mails and phone calls to a phone number that does not ring. Book a book simply does not respond. We have now ordered this book from a different supplier. I suppose it will be impossible to get a refund from a company that exist only in cyberspace and does not respond. This begs me to wonder if they even still exist. So to all readers out there. CAUTION!!!!!!
