Book a Book ****!!!

What a total ****. This company and the people who run it have no ethics or morals. Bought a book, paid in full and still waiting for delivery. I received one or two e-mails apologising for the delay in delivery, thereafter nothing. Its been months now.

The SAP should find and arrest these ********s!
