Book a Book - beware they are ****MERS

I have been trying for a week to get a refund for 4 books I ordered in December 2023. I received an email with a flimsy excuse to say there was a delay with suppliers, and I could request a refund. Since I already bought other books (after realising I had been ****MED), I sent the request for a refund. I kept getting promises of a refund from Sanele K; first within 48 hours, then 72 hours. To date, no refund received. Suddenly today, 1 of the 4 books I ordered was delivered. No refund of the R917 I paid in December. Telephone number no longer working and emails bounce back. This company is ****. Has anyone opened a case at SAPS, and what was the outcome?
