Book-a-Book *******

I was one of those ****** by this bogus company. I have relentlessly been emailing them since January 2024 after paying for my books in December 2023. Each time I get a promise of a refund in 3 days, then 4 days, then 48 hours. Still no refund. I have reported it on the National Consumer Commision website. I have logdged a complaint and apparently they will investigate - hopefully this is true. Please try https://thencc.org.za/complaints/ and lodge your complaint. I had to submit all my email communication, call logs, proof of payment, etc. This company needs to be shut down.
