BOOK A BOOK ARE ********S - VERY SAD TO ******* INNOCENT STUDENTS !!!

Made a purchase for a book for my son who is in Grade 12 this year. Paid on the 10/01/2022. Have not received the book as yet which is so frustrating as Grade 12 is such an important year. Called them numerous times and NO ANSWER. Sent numerous Mail and NO RESPONSE !!!

Is Book a Book so Inconsiderate and Sinful to ******* innocent students ?.....Really Sad !!!
